How orders work

This website is a brochure + enquiry tool. We don’t take payment on this site. You order through one of these channels:

• WhatsApp for pickup or direct catering — confirmation, total, and payment method are agreed in the WhatsApp conversation.
• Delivery platforms (foodpanda, GrabFood, Deliveroo) — these have their own terms, fees, and delivery promises.
• Enquiry form for catering and live-station events — we send a formal quotation within one working day; the quotation becomes binding upon your reply confirmation.

Prices, menu, and availability

All prices on this site are in Singapore dollars and are nett. GST is not applicable (we are not GST-registered). Menu items, prices, and promotions are subject to change without notice; the printed menu at the outlet and the formal quotation for catering take precedence over what’s shown here in case of discrepancy.

Availability of any specific dish, promo, or outlet is not guaranteed. Some items run out; some outlets have different hours on public holidays.

Catering and live-station bookings

For catering and live-station bookings, the quotation we send covers the full terms: pax, menu, setup and teardown times, deposit, balance, cancellation. Once you confirm the quotation by email, that quotation is the binding agreement.

Cancellation, last-minute changes, and force-majeure terms are set out in each quotation. As a default: cancellations more than 7 days before the event refund the deposit in full; within 7 days, the deposit is forfeited; within 48 hours, the full quoted amount may apply.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the enquiry form for spam, abuse, harassment, or attempts to break the site. We rate-limit the form and may block IP addresses that exceed normal use.

Limits of liability

We try hard to keep the menu and prices accurate, the site available, and the catering on time. We can’t guarantee any of those things to a legal standard — we are a restaurant, not a software company. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, site downtime, or menu inaccuracies on this site.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer in Singapore, or our obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act.

Intellectual property

The Prata Alley name, logo, food photography, and written copy are our property. Don’t reuse them for commercial purposes without permission. Linking to us is fine; sharing screenshots and reviewing us on social media is encouraged.

Privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you consent to that processing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
